- Must pass in SPM/ equivalent with credits in Bahasa Melayu/ Bahasa Malaysia and passed in the subjects of History; AND
- Must pass STPM or Foundation in Design or Foundation in Art with at least:
- Grade C (CGPA 3.00) in General Studies: and
- 2 other subjects with minimum Grade C OR
- Must pass Diploma from a recognized by the Malaysia Government and approved by the Public University Senate; AND
- A minimum CGPA of 3.00 AND
- A minimum Band 2 in MUET AND
- Pass the drawing test and obtain an excellent grade in the interview
